This is a free, whānau-friendly community event celebrating our local talent and families. Please complete this form to confirm your performance details, costs, and upload any marketing materials (logos, bios, images, etc.) to help us promote your performance.
Important:
The Otara Light Party is a whānau event — all performances must be suitable for tamariki and whānau. This means:
- No swearing, explicit language, or inappropriate content.
- No references to alcohol, drugs, violence, or offensive themes.
- Respectful behaviour is expected at all times on and off stage.

We are very limited with how many of vendors we can have on the day - We are open to all vendors however if we get an influx of intrests, Otara will be prioritised - we will confirm your place via email.
