Activity Waiver & Medical Consent
Acme Center | 2025-2026 Season
1. Acknowledgment of Risk I understand that skiing, snowboarding, and using rental equipment or facilities at Acme Center (the “Activities”) are HAZARDOUS and involve the risk of physical injury or death. I voluntarily assume all risks, whether inherent to the sport or otherwise.
2. Scope of Agreement This agreement applies to every day the Participant engages in Activities during the current season. It remains in effect until revoked in writing and formally accepted by Acme Center.
3. Release of Liability I hereby release and discharge Acme Center, its owners, and employees from all claims and liabilities. This waiver goes beyond the standard protections of the Skiing Responsibility Act to cover all risks associated with the resort's facilities and services.
4. Medical Consent In the event of an injury, I consent to emergency medical treatment for the Participant as deemed necessary by Acme Center staff or emergency personnel.
