I acknowledge that the use of inflatable equipment involves inherent risks, including injury, property damage, or death.
I voluntarily accept full responsibility for the safe use of the equipment during the hire period and agree to ensure that constant adult supervision is provided at all times, all safety rules are followed, and the equipment is used only by suitable participants. I also agree that the equipment must not be used in unsafe weather conditions, including strong winds, rain, storms, or any other hazardous conditions.
I understand that the inflatable must not be used if wind speeds exceed 20 km/h. If weather conditions become unsafe at any time, the inflatable must be deflated immediately.
I further acknowledge that prohibited items, including food, drinks, shoes, sharp objects, and pets, are not permitted on or near the inflatable. I understand that any unsafe use, misuse, use during bad weather, or breach of these conditions may void any responsibility of the equipment provider to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
