Broomball Equipment Rental Waiver
By renting broomball equipment through this event, I acknowledge that the equipment provided (including but not limited to broomball sticks, helmets, and protective gear) is intended solely for use during the broomball event and must be used responsibly and in accordance with event rules and safety guidelines.
I understand that participation in broomball and the use of rental equipment involve inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions, and other potential hazards associated with playing on ice.
I agree to use all rented equipment properly and return it in the same condition in which it was received, normal wear and tear excepted. I understand that I may be responsible for repair or replacement costs if the equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged due to misuse or negligence.
I acknowledge that the event organizers, hosts, volunteers, sponsors, and venue operators are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur while using rented equipment.
By agreeing to this waiver, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accept the terms of this equipment rental agreement and assume full responsibility for the equipment provided to me.
