By registering for and participating in this broomball event, I acknowledge that broomball is a physical activity that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions with other players, equipment-related injuries, and other potential hazards associated with playing on ice.
I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation in this event.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, hosts, volunteers, sponsors, venue operators, and affiliated organizations from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in the event.
