Sponsorship Agreement & Waiver
By submitting this form, the sponsoring organization confirms its intent to support the Broomball Event through the selected sponsorship level or contribution. The sponsor agrees to provide the stated financial or in-kind support in accordance with the event guidelines and timelines provided by the event organizers.
