Valet Trash Bin Rules & Responsibilities
Place trash bins outside your door between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM on designated pickup days.
Bins must be removed from hallways by 9:00 AM the following morning.
Only household trash in tied, leak-proof bags is permitted. No oversized or hazardous items.
Bins left out past pickup hours may result in a violation notice.
Residents are responsible for maintaining clean bins and surrounding areas.
