A medical certificate is required for all competition withdrawal refund requests. Unfortunately, without a medical certificate, no refund can be applied.
Please submit this form as soon as possible, and no later than 2 days after the competition. The earlier the form is submitted, the better.
Once we receive your form and medical certificate, we will submit the refund request to the host club. Any refund received will then be credited to your account.
Please note: If your withdrawal is submitted before the competition entry closing date, you are more likely to receive a full refund. Withdrawals submitted after the closing date may only be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the host club’s refund policy.
