    Individual Session: One person. Your reservation takes the entire appointment slot.

    Couples Session: Two people. One booking and one total payment covers both guests. Please provide your partner's SL display name.

    Group Session: Up to 5 guests may book the same appointment time. Pricing is per person, and each guest must book and pay separately.

    All appointment times are in Second Life Time (SLT/Pacific Time).

    Submitting this form does not automatically confirm your appointment.

    The Peace Plug staff will review your requested date and time. Once availability is confirmed, you will receive your Linden (L$) total and in-world payment instructions.

    Individual: One payment covers one guest.

    Group: Each guest books and pays separately.

    Your appointment is confirmed only after payment has been received.

    BOOKING, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

    Please review this policy carefully before completing your booking and payment.

    🚫 NO CANCELLATIONS

    ALL APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS ARE FINAL.

    Once your appointment has been confirmed and payment has been received, the appointment cannot be cancelled.

    If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment and do not qualify for an approved reschedule, your payment will be forfeited.

    💰 NO REFUNDS

    ALL LINDEN (L$) PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

    Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Customer cancellations
    • Missed appointments
    • No-shows
    • Late arrivals that prevent the session from being completed
    • Changes in personal availability
    • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment

    🔄 RESCHEDULING

    Although appointments cannot be cancelled, we understand that plans may change.

    ALL RESCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

    • Each booking is eligible for ONE reschedule only.
    • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will NOT be accepted.
    • Same-day rescheduling is NOT permitted.
    • Rescheduling is subject to appointment availability.
    • Your new appointment date and time must be approved and confirmed by Peace Plug staff.
    • Your original payment will be transferred to the approved rescheduled appointment.
    • If you miss your rescheduled appointment, your payment will be forfeited.
    • A new booking and payment will be required if you wish to schedule another appointment after missing your rescheduled session.

    Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without an approved reschedule will be considered a NO-SHOW.

    👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏽 COUPLES SESSIONS

    Couples sessions are booked as ONE appointment and paid for with ONE total payment.

    If either participant is unable to attend, the appointment remains non-refundable.

    Any request to reschedule the Couples Session must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance and will apply to the entire appointment.

    🧘🏽‍♀️ GROUP SESSIONS

    Each group participant books and pays separately.

    If a participant is unable to attend, their payment is non-refundable and does not affect the reservations of the remaining participants.

    Any request to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session and is subject to availability.

    🌸 PEACE PLUG CANCELLATIONS

    If THE PEACE PLUG must cancel your appointment, you may choose:

    • A FULL L$ REFUND

    OR

    • A COMPLIMENTARY RESCHEDULE

    This is the only circumstance in which a standard refund will be offered.

    All approved L$ refunds are processed manually by Peace Plug staff.

    ⚠️ IMPORTANT

    Cancelling, missing, or failing to attend an appointment does NOT automatically return your Lindens.

    All bookings and payments are final unless The Peace Plug cancels the appointment.

    By submitting your booking request and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to The Peace Plug Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
