Participation Guidelines
All content must be family-friendly. No profanity, offensive language, or inappropriate themes.
Allowed performance types: singing, poetry, spoken word, storytelling, clean comedy, instrumental music, and short skits.
Each performer is limited to 5 minutes.
Group performances are allowed but must follow the same guidelines.
Performers must submit the title and a brief description of their piece before the event.
A microphone, sound system, and keyboard will be provided.
Performers must arrive by 5:30pm for setup and soundcheck.
If using a backing track, bring it on a USB drive or ensure it is accessible via YouTube.
Audience expectations: respectful listening, no disruptive behavior, excessive talking, or phone use. Applause and encouragement are highly encouraged.
Church leadership may review and approve performances in advance and may ask participants to adjust content or select another piece if deemed inappropriate.
