Q. 1: The top section of every duty log:
Should always be completed at the start of your shift, to inform the reader that a complete handover was conducted, and to record the status of the site at commencement of your shift.
Should only be filled out if there is something to note.
Should be completed at the end of your shift.
Q. 2: During a Fire Alarm, all officers MUST:
Continue doing normal duties until told to evacuate
Remain calm, attend Fire Control Room, read panel for alarm location and type, and await Fire Brigade arrival
Leave the site and attend the emergency evacuation point
Q. 3: For Air Conditioning control you must:
Call Brookfield Manager to ask for assistance.
Refer to SOP section 13 for login and procedure.
Use override controls in switchboards.
Q. 4: The procedure for handling Air Conditioning is contained in:
Security SOP Section 13, Page 48 onwards.

Q. 6: To check or change the temperature in a venue:
Select the venue and look at the temperature in the top left of screen.
Use the security control bar to lower/raise temp, or after hours button to turn on for 2hrs.
Check the diagram to see if the fan unit graphic shows it is running.
Check the diagram showing water coils are operating.

Q. 7: Access Control at The Conservatorium is via:
Galaxy Keys; CISA, Saflock, Acceptnet and Cardax Access Control

Q. 8: Water Meter Readings are conducted:
On any day of the week at any time, checking the meters have not been stolen.
On each Sunday night, recording the meter reading at midnight.
On each Wednesday and Sunday night, recording the meter readings at 2330hrs, 0030hrs, 0130hrs, 0230hrs and 0330hrs.
Q. 9. Which system is used for lighting control and where are override switches located:
Acceptnet control the system and override switches are located in fire cupboards.
CBUS system controls the lighting and override switches are located in switchboard cupboards.
CBUS is the only system to control lighting, and there are no override controls.
Q. 10. After completing an incident report:
Save the file with date reference in the correct folder.
Save the file with date reference, in the correct folder, send to Advent and Brookfield only, and record the incident number in the incident spreadsheet.
Save the report under any name and leave for day shift officer to send.
