Event Video Request Form

To request the videotaping of an event by the DFSD video team, complete the following information. School events may be videotaped for broadcast on Cablevision Channel 75 and Verizon Fios Channel 47, for posting on the DFSD website, or for school archive purposes. Only edited products are programmed for channel 75 or 47 or website viewing. Requests must be received no later than 10 school days before the scheduled event. Please note: event videotaping is NOT AVAILABLE between 7:30-8:30 a.m.
