No image can be reproduced, downloaded or printed from the website. Doing so is a breach of copyright and will be dealt with through court.
All images are covered by ‘copyright’ both nationally and internationally.
No cropping, additions, alterations or adaptation of a picture may be made without written permission from Kings And Queens Ent.

Model & Property Releases

Kings And Queens Ent gives no declarations what so ever as to the existence of any releases associated with the image.
Kings And Queens Ent gives no warranties with respect to the use of logos, trademarks, uniforms or names registered or copyrighted designs/works of art in the image.
You must ensure that all necessary rights, consents or permissions required for reproduction of the image have been protected.

Booking

Making a booking with Kings And Queens Ent reserves your position purely for the set time required and will only be made available again unless there has been a cancellation of a booking date.
Bookings could be made at least 52 weeks advance to the date you entail.
A booking is considered secure after recognition of initial deposit payment.

Payment

To secure a booking with Kings And Queens Ent you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% upfront.
After full payment has been paid (balance will need to be paid, latest 4days in advance to event) it will cover hours for service and hours for editing.
Late payments (payments paid less than 76 hours before event date) would result in an additional fee of £100.

Termination

Failure to comply with the policies and procedures instantly results in a breach of contract and could end in court. Kings And Queens Ent could terminate any contract if you breach any of the Terms and Conditions.

Kings And Queens Ent will collect contact information only in order to be able provide products and services requested by you and also inform you about our current offers or promotions that you may be interested in. The information collected may include contact details such as name, address, telephone number and email address.

Kings And Queens Ent will not share or disclose any of this information to anyone and it will be kept in strictest confidence. Kings And Queens Ent will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information at all times.

You are entitled to access information we may hold about you and request to be modified if incorrect or removed. If you do not wish to receive any marketing materials or information, please let us know when you submit your details.
