• Wedding Videography Agreement

  • This contract for wedding videography services is hereby effective & binding on the last date that it is signed by one of the parties. The parties are hereby known as: T.F. Weddings(Hereinafter referred to as "VIDEOGRAPHER") and Client(Hereinafter referred to as "CLIENT").

              • RETAINER AND PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

                The Videographer requires half of the full payment to be made out to Jonathan Kobylanski on day of the wedding. The remaining payment must be made upon client approval of final product.

                TERMS & CONDITIONS

                Failure to Perform

                If Videographer cannot perform this agreement due to an act of God, or other cause beyond their control, then they shall return any moneys paid by the client. All other rights expressly reserved.

                Miscellaneous

                Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. The laws of  the United Kingdom or Britain shall govern this Agreement.

                Insurance

                Videographer warrants and represents that it has £1 million pounds in commercial liability insurance.
