Thank you for contacting me to help with your vacation. I can't wait to talk with you about your ideas. After the questionnaire is completed we will have a phone conversation or appointment to review and confirm details. A few thoughts:

Completing the travel assessment helps me gather initial traveler details, gain an understanding of your trip goals, and make travel suggestions based on what matters to you.
I am not a travel discounter, I seek to find the best value to you based on your travel needs.
I only use suppliers that I know and trust to take care of my clients.
I offer a service that takes care of you; providing research, reservation and other trip details, personal document delivery, etc.
I am your advocate and 24/7 contact while you are traveling.

There is a 3% service fee for my services based on the total cost of your trip, not to exceed $200.00. A $50 nonrefundable deposit is due after our initial conversation if you decide you would like to move forward with research and planning.
