  • INNOVATORS' Arts & Makers Market Fair’s mission is to grow an annual event for artists, makers and enthusiasts of all ages and from all over the region, so they can sell, buy and learn about original arts and crafts of all types.  INNOVATORS’ seeks to spotlight the importance of educational programs that foster creativity and inspire future leaders, innovators and engaged citizens.

    In order to ensure high quality and variety, this is a juried show.

  • Cost of participatining in the market is the booth fee plus donation of 10% of receipts over booth flat fee. 

  • NOVA SCHOOL INNOVATORS’ ARTS & MAKERS MARKET FAIR VENDOR POLICIES

    • If we do not receive your payment 10 days after we accept you, we reserve the right to open up your spot to another vendor.

    • Crafters/artisans are allowed to sell original, handmade products only.  No reselling is allowed.

    • Vendors must stay the duration of the market.  You cannot leave for any reason during the open hours.

    • We value our vendors, and we hope they value us. When you sign up for a market we are counting on you to represent!

    • NO commercial (non vendor) advertising is allowed outside of official event sponsorships.

    • Vendors are responsible for providing all their own tent, weights, tables, chairs, signs, containers, bags etc… INNOVATORS’ will provide a 10 x10 foot area for professionals outside, 6 x6 foot space inside and 3-foot table for students. Please confirm indoor/outdoor location with the organizers.

    • Vendor tents outside must have 20-pound weights per leg.  Water jugs are not sufficient.  

    • Non profits groups may present educational materials and information about their mission but may not engage in any political activities, canvassing or petitioning.

    • All back-stock must be stored under the tables or stacked neatly out of the way. They may not infringe upon the walkways or neighboring booths.

    • Vendors may not smoke. Recorded music must be approved by NOVA School.

    • Vendors are responsible for keeping their space looking nice during market hours and for cleaning up their space after the market closes, including removal of all garbage and sweeping up any debris.

    • NOVA School reserves the right to remove, without refund, any vendors misrepresenting themselves or products, or is deemed inappropriate or detrimental to market’s intents and purposes.

    • We will send out a survey after each market that we ask you to respond to.  This information is for our use only and not public.  

    • No refunds are given for any reason.

    • INNOVATORS’ Arts & Makers Market Fair and NOVA School are not responsible for loss or damage of exhibitors' wares, exhibits, or personal property or for injury caused by products sold or exhibited by exhibitors. Insurance for such loss, damages, or injury shall be the responsibility of each exhibitor.
