• CinCoYo Duplication

    Vinyl/Disc Publishing Form
    • Step 1. Info
    • CinCoYo Duplication disc publishing can add a UPC bar code to your product. There is no fee for the bar code.

You can add your own bar code or not use a bar code. Many retail outlets, like Amazon.com and CD Baby, require a UPC bar code.

Please note the following regarding the FREE bar code:

      • If you select to use a FREE UPC bar code, is will be placed automatically on the bottom, right hand side of the back of the jewel or DVD case. The UPC bar code is 36.1 mm wide and 24.5 mm high. It is located 90 mm from left edge of dvd case and 2 mm from bottom. You cannot change the location of the bar code.
      • You cannot add a bar code for an existing published product. You will have to create a new product.
      • You cannot transfer an existing bar code to a new product. Each product is issued a new bar code with a unique UPC number.
      • You cannot use a FREE bar code for products not manufactured through CinCoYo Duplication.
      • If you use your own UPC bar code, you will need to embed your own bar code into your package design or upload your own bar code image if using our design service.
    • Fill out as many of the fields as you can. This information is used to describe your product on your product's sales page if you activate the "distribute at no cost to you" service, and is used to help design your product if you choose CinCoYo Design  service.

    • Step 2. Design
    • Let us design your project and get Publishing FREE!!!

      Publishing normal price $50

      Design normal price $250

      Together only $250!

    • Some suggestions when uploading your own design:

      1. The disc print image you select should be square and without the circular or hub masks. Our software masks the circular and hub shape for you.

      2. The images you select for need to match the dimensions listed below to minimize resampling.

      3. Our factory prints at 300 DPI / RGB / 16 bit color / no bleed.

      4. Bleed areas are not needed. We use precise digital cutting machines that automatically adjust for print shift. However, we still suggest that you do not place text or lines adjacent to the edges.

    • Step 3. Content
    • For 12 inch Vinyl, upload audio files in any format and our system converts to standard vinyl format (max: 22 minutes per side). For CDs the maximum audio length is 78 minutes and the maximum upload size is 700MB. For audio projects, 16-Bit/44.1kHz Wav and Aiff file upload preferred. Although not recommended, compressed file formats such as MP3, AAC, or WMA files are acceptable as a source for publishing/manufacturing. For DVDs upload DVD quality MPEG4 video files. The maximum content size is 4.7 Gigabytes. Multiple formats can be uploaded for game and data/other projects.

    • Video and uncompressed Wav/Aiff files are quite large so it is typical for file upload to take a long time. Take steps to ensure you do not loose internet connection during upload!
