SIBA - Team Roster Registration

YOU MUST ALREADY BE REGISTERED WITH YOUR OWN LEAGUE BEFORE REGISTERING YOUR SIBA TEAM ROSTER HERE.  No payment is collected on this page or site. You must still make payment to the league you are representing, and you must complete whatever registration requirements they have. Once that is done, you can register your roster here to make it official with SIBA.

The information for Team, Manager and at least ten players is required. If you have more than ten players, their information should also be entered. 

MANDATORY SIBA MANAGERS MEETING on (TBA) (contact your leagues SIBA rep for location and other information)

TEAM & MANAGER INFORMATION - This is all required information.  It's recommended you put two phone numbers if you have them, to make sure we can reach you.  You won't be contacted by phone unless it's important (last-minute schedule changes, for example).  

PLAYER REGISTRATION - You must start team registration with a minimum of ten players.  Maximum roster size will be 15 players throughout the season.  Roster changes are subject to SIBA rules.  Enter players names and ages below.  Roster becomes "official" after January 11, and any changes after that will count towards the official SIBA rules on roster changes.  Any changes before that date do not count towards those limitations.    

NOTE: players ages should be as-of April 30 of the year of season played
