Athletic Skill Development
Tennis requires a tremendous amount of agility, balance, coordination, speed & strength. We work on these skills in a variety of ways to develop a strong athletic foundation and become better tennis players.
Heel Kicks
Head was level, eyes forward, and back was straight
Work on keeping head level, eyes forward and back straight
Movement of arms & legs was coordinated & kicks were executed at a controlled pace

Compass Jumps
