TABLET CONTRACT
G4 Vehicle Logistics group agree to provide you with the use of tablet for work purposes only. They will pay for the contract fees. By signing this contract you are agreeing to (please check each box):

1. Take good care of this equipment.
2. Report any damage, loss, theft or malfunction to the office immediately.
3. Pay for any repairs or replacement due to accidental damage, loss or theft.
4. Do not use the tablet for calls and text messages as these are outside the data plan
5. Pay for any charges incurred for use of the tablet outside, the data only, contract limit.
6. Return it in good condition to the office should you cease carrying out work for the company.
