Holiday Camp Application

Parents must apply for each child individually.

1. Select your child's age group using the dropdown boxes below.
2. Select ALL the Holiday Camp activities you wish to enrol your child in.
3. Provide your child's details.
4. Provide your details.
5. Click the "Preview Application" button, then click "Submit"button to complete the application form.
6. Payments can be made at the Finance counter during office hours (Mon-Fri 7.45am to 1pm, 2pm to 4.15pm).

Week 2 (17 to 21 October)

Full payment details and discounts computation will be sent to you via email. If you have enrolled your child in a full day camp in the same week, a 10% discount will be applied at time of payment.

Will the student require bus transport to and from Holiday Camp?

Please email Yeap Transport (CISLS@yeaptpt.com or call +65 63161419) to book your child's Holiday Camp bus. Bus details will be confirmed in writing within 3 working days.

Please email Sodexo (foodservices@cis.edu.sg or call +65 6794 5234) to order your child's lunch.

• I confirm that I understand the refund policy for Holiday Camp whereby fees once paid (for Holiday Camp programmes) are not refundable.
• I confirm that I understand that if payment for Holiday Camp programmes is not received within 7 working days, my child will be removed from the programme.
• I give my permission to Canadian International School to use my child's photography/video in medium used for advertising purposes.
• I give my permission for my child to attend Holiday Camp related field trips that involve travelling to another location.

• Students must be residing with at least one parent/relative or parent approved care giver whilst enrolled at CIS.
