Product Order Section

This section is for placing orders for our various products that are offered at Poem Inc. If you are looking for the VIP Order and Gift Card Order please proceed to the next page.

*If you are wanting an item for an event please order from POEM Inc 2 weeks in advance. If you order an item and need it for an upcoming pageant and you do not allow us a minimal of 2 weeks then your order will not be accepted. 

VIP Order Section

This section is for enrolling in our VIP program at Poem Inc. If you are looking for the Gift Card Order Section or the Check Out Section please proceed to the next page.

For VIP Packages 1 to 3, you can only order up to 5 items a week. For VIP Packages 4 and 5, you can only order up to 10 items per week.

Want to pay off all that 500 credit fee for packages 1-3. Then just purchase the VIP 500 credits fee with your packages! Its a small sticker that is also gifted to you that says 500 credits fee paid off. It only cost 5,500 credits more or $3.50 USD! It pays off that 500 credit fee for packages 1-3.

If You order Package 4 and 5 You get it gifted to you for free without needing to pay that 500 credits fee (For the question below select N/A)

Gift Card Order Section

This section is for purchasing a Gift Card for Poem Inc. If you are looking for the Check Out Section please proceed to the next page.

Every gift card someone uses on a purchase will get there stuff gifted to them FREE! This means that you do not have to waste 500 credits for the gift. VIPs with package 4 and 5 Gets 50% off their Gift cards. They only spend half on the gift cards but there loved ones get the full credits gifted straight to them.

Example, You buy pack B for 50k and only pay 25k but your family gets to spend 50k in the Poem Inc Shop!

Check Out Section

This section is the checkout portion. 

By checking out you are submitting your order form to Poem Inc. Please allow up to 72 hours for the order form to be processed. 

After the order form is processed you'll receive a message from either Bianca Nightwind, Aalyiarah Xirin or Jennie Rameriz letting you know if the order had been accepted or declined.  

Once accepted Bianca will start working on the order and you can track your order's progress in the link that you receive in the accepted message. 

A decline rarely happens, if this happens then its normally either due to the Terms of Use being broken, the order's requested completion date is unable to be reached or other. You will receive a detailed reason as to why the order was declined and given a chance to rectify the order so it can be processed.
