Total number joining the Church by baptism in 2016. Do not include those who also became communicant members in 2016.
Increases by Profession of Faith:
List only the number of those who became new members by giving their profession of faith. Baptized members giving their profession do not increase total membership but are included later in this form as "Baptized Members becoming Communicant Members.
Increase from other RP Congregations:
Include the number of members received from other R.P. Congregations, both baptized children and communicant members.
Increase from other Denominations:
Incluide the number of members received from other denominations, both baptized children and communicant members.
Increase By Other Means:
Total number of any other increases in membership, including corrections from previous years that have increased total membership.
Total Increase:
Total number of new members (both Baptized and Communicant Members). Please double check to be certain this calculated figure matches your records and make changes above if necessary.

Decrease by Deaths:
Total number of members who passed away in 2016
Decrease to other R.P. Congregations:
Include total number of members transferred to other R.P. congregations, both baptized children and communicant members.
Decrease to other Denominations:
Include the number of members who joined other denominations, both baptized children and communicant members.
Decrease by Final Removal:
Total number of those removed from the roll because of "long term neglect" and those "excommunicated". See 1982 Minutes of Synod for further information.
Decrease by other means:
Total number of any other decreases in membership, including corrections from previous years that have decreased total membership.

Total number of members removed (both baptized and communicant members). Please double check to be certain this calculated figure matches your records. If not, please make the necessary changes above.
