• Sprinklr General Request Form

  • Sprinklr users should use this form to submit General Requests such as general inquiries, platform configuration, or training assistance.  

    If you have Listening requests please use this Sprinklr Listening Request Form. 

    If you are inquiring about adding a new user into Sprinklr, please submit your request through this New User Request Form.

    If you have encountered an error code, bug or technical issue, please submit a support ticket by sending an email directly to tickets@sprinklr.com OR click the ‘Support’ tab and then ‘SUBMIT A REQUEST’ while in the Sprinklr platform.


  • If you answered yes to needing a Listening Topic created, please fill out a Listening Request Form after you've completed and submitted this General Request Form. We will need the Specifics of how you want your topic built, and the approval of the SAP Listening Admin. In the additional notes portion of the Listening Request Form, please make note that you've already submitted a General Request Form laying out the specifics for the event so we don't accidentally ask you to fill it out again.

  • Please make sure you've shared the reporting dashboard you're inquiring about with Trevor Thompson, Dan Becker, and Ty Lapinski so we can view it.

  • Have you taken the Admin Training yet? In order to become a Client Admin it is required that you pass the training on SuccessMaps.

    Once completed, please upload your proof of certification to this request form at the bottom.

    In order to add a new account into Sprinklr, we must receive approval from the appropriate SAP Admins. If you have an email thread with this approval already, please include it as an attachment in this request.
