Congratulations on signing up for your new solar system. Sungrade Solar is excited to help you join the renewable energy revolution. To help you feel comfortable with exploring the option of going solar, we have created an entirely flexible cancellation policy. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with our work, you can cancel at any time before installation.
Our installation crews are some of the best and most experienced in the industry, and we guarantee the quality of their work, but we know that some homeowners may want an additional level of assurance. We want you to have the peace of mind that your home is covered in the very unlikely event that there is any damage at all caused by our work. For those purposes, we have purchased liability insurance that covers any damage that may occur up to a total of $2 million.
In addition, we promise to:
1. Complete all paperwork and obtain necessary permits
2. Provide “turn-key” installation for the solar system specified in proposal
3. Warranty, repair and maintain the system for 20 years
4. Warrant all of our roofing work
5. Provide 24/7 web-based monitoring of every panel in your solar array
We have scheduled your install on the date indicated below. If any earlier time slots are available, or there are any changes in the schedule, your Energy Consultant will reach out to you. Please be sure to be available if you would like to be home at the time of install, however this is not required. We will contact you one (1) week prior to installation and once again (1) day before the installation.
