Permission To Assess Roof

It is our mission to make sure you feel comfortable and confident going solar with Sungrade. As part of the process of ensuring that you are eligible and will receive an optimized solar installation, Sungrade Solar or it’s partners will need permission to survey your roof. The assesment typically takes 1-2 hours and consists of climbing on the roof to take measurements, photographs, and a detailed shade analysis. The assesor will also examine and photograph the Smart Meter and main service panel. In most cases this equipment is located outside of the house.

By signing below, you are authorizing Sungrade Solar to assess your roof. For Spruce PPA customers, I authorize Spruce Finance to run a short-lived hard credit check on my behalf.

We guarantee and warranty that we will leave your roof in as good or better condition than we found it. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with our work, for any reason, you are free to cancel any time prior to the installation of your solar energy system.
