A note from our president:
Hi, my name is Pat and I am the president of New Horizons of Wisconsin. I want to thank you for spending your valuable time with us today. I know it is a hassle to complete these “customer satisfaction surveys”, and I just wanted to thank you in advance and tell you why I’m asking for your time today.
EVERY completed survey comes to me, and I review each one personally. That is how important your thoughts and feedback are to me. In fact, many of the changes we have implemented over the past few years have been the direct result of feedback that we received from our students:

If you are unable to complete the entire survey, I understand. While I would love for you to give us as much feedback as possible, I understand that your time is very valuable. Please do what you can, and just know I appreciate all of it. Last year, our instructors averaged an 8.69, among the tops in the nation!
We have segmented our feedback form into 3 primary sections: first, we ask you to rate your instructor, then the course, and finally our organization.
