CUSTOM PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
(1) To initiate "Custom Product Development", the Product Development Request form must be completed and a payment in the amount of $500.00 must be paid. This fee includes up to three protoype submissions per product. If none of these submissions are accepted (and/or further product development is requested), an additional $500.00 will re-start the process. These fees are non-refundable.
(2) If the product desired is a stock item a fee of $100.00 is required.
FORMULAS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER
Clients providing a formula for their product are required to provide a master sample. A fee of $100.00 is due at the time of request. This fee covers any laboratory time required to prove the formula. If the formula requires further development, the Custom Product Development fee of $500.00 is applicable (minus the initial $100.00 fee).
SAMPLE PAYMENT
All payments are due in full prior to the start of sample production.
