Our insurance requires us to have names of all the participants riding, carrying, walking, etc. This includes all persons riding on a float, carrying a banner, or participating in any way.

We have (4) Jolly sponsorships available! For just $300 you can have your company name and logo with the opening parade sign, your company name and logo on the Chamber website and your company's name will be included in all press releases. In addition your float registration will be complimentary and your company will be mentioned at least one time in the Monroe County Reporter. Let us know if you're interested and a chamber staff member will contact you.

Please read the included rules and regulations and sign below to indicate your understanding of the condition of your participation. - NO live Santa on floats - NO Throwing Candy! - NO Sirens during the parade - Lineup is between 5:00p.m. – 6:00p.m. - Must have float “completed” before entering lineup area - Only floats allowed in lineup area -Participant drop off will be on East Main Street behind Tractor Supply Company - All floats must use lights other than vehicle headlights - I have read through and agree to all of the Rules and Condition of Participation attached to this form

As the appointed representative of the above named entity, I hereby release the Forsyth-Monroe County Chamber of Commerce from liability, either direct or implied, from any accidents or damages that might occur. We understand and agree that the Forsyth-Monroe County Chamber of Commerce has the right to delete any entry from the parade for any inappropriate display or behavior by any participant and, upon signing, agree to abide by all rules and conditions of participation.
