Note:
This Form template is a demonstration only on how to have multiple-payment method in a single Jotform form. In this template there are only 3 existing payment method (Paypal Pro, Authorize.Net and Basic Paypal). It can be expanded to add all existing Jotform payments method. Configurations and setup for each payment method with proper accounts are still required to complete the process.
