$10,000 per team
Field is limited to 20 teams (4 Amateurs & 1 PGA Professional)
Teams may provide their own PGA Professional, or the Gateway PGA can provide a Professional for you.

Each Player Receives:
- One (1) playing spot in the 18 hole event
- Coverage of all forecaddie/cart fees
- Food and Beverage
- One (1) Pro-Am gift package
- One (1) framed photo with the Wanamaker Trophy
- Prizes for the top finishing teams
*The contribution that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess of money contributed by the donor over the fair market value of the goods or services provided by PGA REACH. The far market value of all goods and services provided by PGA REACH is $600.00.
