A Ministry of Faith Bible Church
  • Hello!

We are excited that you want to serve the Body of Faith Bible Church! This letter outlines the steps that our paid staff take in order to serve in the Children’s Ministry.

Our highest goal in the FBC Children’s Ministry is to share the love of Christ with kiddos. We do that by providing structure and most importantly a safe and secure environment. Our aim is that children are well cared for and parents can feel confident when they entrust their kids to us. The heart behind this ministry is to serve families and children.

STEP 1: Fill out the following online application and submit.

STEP 2: Those applying for a paid position will be called for an interview only if the applicant’s qualifications/skill set is deemed a good fit for our open positions.

STEP 3: We place great value on safety in the Children’s ministry at FBC. Due to this high value, we require all paid staff to undergo two parts of training.  The first part is online training on abuse awareness. The second part of training is specific to the role where staff members will be serving and will be held in person with the Nursery Director. This is a necessary part of serving in the children’s ministry, so that we can ensure a safe environment for our children and maintain a level of excellence in the care that we provide.

We thank you in advance for your time and your willingness to serve at Faith Bible Church. Your service and your time are of great value to us as we strive to love on and provide care to children and families.

    Thank you!

    Amber Dew

    Nursery Director

    Kori Wolski

    Weeknight Kids Ministry/Childcare Director

  • DOCTRINAL STATEMENT

The following are statements we believe at Faith Bible Church.

The Bible is God’s message to man, recorded without error in the original manuscripts.

God exists in three distinct persons who are the same in nature, but distinct in function: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Man is created in the image of God, yet he is fallen in his sinfulness.

Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God who was born of a virgin and literally rose from the dead and ascended to heaven. He is undiminished deity and perfect humanity permanently united in one person. It was through His sacrificial death on the cross that He removed once and for all the barrier of sin between God and man.

Salvation is the unearned gift from God to any man who will receive in dependence the provision that Christ’s death is the sufficient and necessary requirement for eternal life.

The Holy Spirit is the person of the Godhead who permanently indwells every believer from the moment of salvation. He provides every believer with gifts for service and with the fullness of God’s power to make him adequate for living. As the believer acts in dependence upon the Spirit, he will progressively grow into maturity.

  • I have read this Doctrinal Statement and stand in agreement with it?*
  • I will support this doctrinal position in my teaching and I will actively promote unity within the church. *
