- As your childcare provider, I agree to provide your child with careful attention, affection, supervision and interesting things to do. I agree to help you enjoy your early parenting experience and communicate regularly with you about your child’s development in all areas.
- Provide nutritious meals and snacks at appropriate times.
- Give you three weeks notice, except in an emergency, if I request removal of your child from our care.
- Coordinate with you in planning for the needs of your child.
- As a state mandated reporter, I am required to report to authorities any suspected abuse/maltreatment or wrong doing of your child.

Inform provider if someone other than the children’s parents will be collecting children from care in writing
Report any changes in address, phone or emergency contact information to the provider in writing
Provide the daycare with updated forms as needed, including infant feeding schedules, updated medical information and registration cards reflecting changes in contact, escort information
Inform the provider of any contagious illnesses or disease that may affect other children or caregivers in the day care home, prior to coming to care
Inform provider in writing about any special needs, allergies or concerns a child may have.
Allow the provider to call a child’s doctor if emergency medical care is needed, (it is understood that a consciencious effort will be made to locate parents first.)
Understand that the provider may not release the child if we feel this is not in the best interest of the child.
Arrive on time for dissmissal.
Give the provider three weeks notice, except in an emergency when removing a child from care.
We allow photos of our child to be used in facebook posts.
Allow permission for outings, local parks, museums and attractions within NYC.

Payment Policies

Please make checks payable to Tinker Tree Play/Care. Deposits serve as your last month of care, and any overtime or late fees will be deducted from deposits if applicable
Tuition is due on the 1st of the month for the current month.
A late payment of $25 will be assessed for payments past the 7th of the month.
A family’s outstanding care balance may not exceed the deposit on file. We reserve the right to refuse care based upon non-payment of tuition.
Parents are required to pay full tuition when the child does not attend care for a scheduled day. (sick days, appointments, vacation, etc.)
Parents are required to pay tuition when daycare is closed for holidays
The daycare is open daily at 7:30am to 6pm daily.
Overtime is available when agreed in advance for $25 per hour.
If you need early/later dismissal/arrival please contact the daycare for arrangements.
Late pick-ups (past 6:05pm) are a $15 per quarter hour charge.
