To use this form, no changes are permitted from when confirmation was sent by the Oakville Historical Society. (Use another form for changes.) Use the email address your confirmation was sent to. Within PayPal, you may use a different email address.
Online Payments must be completed before 1 pm on the day of the reserved Ghost Walk. (Different volunteers need time to act on and share your wishes.)
