Orders that have not been paid (without notice) for more than 10 days after placement will be cancelled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders that have not yet been paid may be cancelled through FB msg. Paid orders are non-cancellable and non-redundable. Customers who repeatedly order and cancel may be blocked from the site.
RETURNS POLICY
We should be notified of damaged or wrong items at most 2 days after delivery of goods. Please send us a FB msg with a clear photo of the damaged/wrong item and wait for our acknowledgement.

Once you received confirmation text, proceed with the payment instructions.
*Failure to pay 4 days after receipt of confirmation text without notice will be automatically cancelled and stock will be made available to other buyers.
SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY POLICY
Regular shipping schedule will start after ECQ.
Shipping schedules are Monday and Thursday afternoon. Cut-off is based from receipt of copy of deposit slip.
