  • Please note, that based on your selection above, this request is considered "Customer Critical" and may therefore be eligible to be moved mid-quarter (pending approval).   We will aim to address your request within 7 business days. 

  • Please note, that based on your selection above, this request is not considered "Customer Critical", and will therefore be added to our Master List to be reviewed for an end of quarter move (subject to approval). If you believe that this account needs to be moved sooner, please indicate this below.

  • Important: When a child account is moved, all accounts in the hierarchy will be picked up in SAP and will also be moved. The thinking here is that it makes sense for hierarchies to be managed by a single Sales Consultant.  If an account no longer belongs in a hierarchy, it should therefore be removed from the hierarchy prior to sending through the Ownership Change Request. If there is a reason that you need to deviate from this process by moving a single child account, please indicate this below.
