Preferred Camera Format
You can ask that we pre-select a format for your camera. You should still check the camera to be certain it is setup the way you need it to operate. DO NOT ASSUME it is already configured the way you want it

Certain tripods work best with specific cameras that are noted on the form

Used for recording sound
Lighting Equipment
The LED camera light needs double A batteries. Check it to make sure you have them. If requesting individual LED lights with tripods specify the number of lights you want in the remarks section
