DISD Cheer Squad Teacher Recommendation
To evaluate the student, please fill the form below. Upon submission it will be automatically sent to the DISD cheer coaches. Students will not have any access to this from or results so please be completely honest in your answers. Each candidate is required to have at least 3 evaluations submitted. Your score will be averaged with two other evaluations to make up 20% of each candidate's try out score. Thank you for your help in choosing a squad that will best represent our school and community.
