You are responsible for providing us with all the content for your website, including copy (text) and images. We do have recommended freelance copy writers that can write your content if you feel stuck. Not receiving this content can normally cause a project to delay or stall. Let us know if you need help! Lastly, copying content off other websites can you get you blacklisted on search engines - it's not encouraged.

PROJECT EXPECTATIONS
We want you to be successful!
We're excited to get started! Before submitting this form, here are some quick expecations to make sure we are all on the same page.

Design and Development
This is what we specialize in. Our team is composed of Senior Designers, Leaad Front End Web Developers and Lead Web Desingers. We will deliver a professional design solution that meets your business objectives and develop a site that is optimized for mobile and the web. We are the very first step in your journey to a professional web presence. Our team is not composed of SEO, marketing, or content experts.

Redesigns & Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Our team is not an SEO agency, but we know the basics to get you started on the right foot.
Our team does not produce backlinks or content. If your site is a redesign, we need to be notified of pages that have high rank that are of concern to you prior to getting started so we can make a list of redirects. Traffic fluctuation is normal and to be expected and can take a few weeks to recover.
We do add all the alt image tags and headers tags as required by search engines. We can furhter assist by implementing a free plugin on your site to help you manage the basics of SEO.

Promotion and Marketing
At this time we do not offer marketing services. Promoting your site to obtain traffic is your responsbility. After your site launches, you are free to market and promote your site.

Content
As mentioned above, we do not produce content. We do not specialize in that service or have copy writers in house. We can however connect you with our freelance copy writer and coorindate them into your this design project. Freelancers have their own rate, normally around $40 per page. Copying content is not recommended as this hurts your SEO.

3rd Party Software and Plugins
We'll communicate early on if your website will need a special third party suoftware or plugins. We'll always try to aim for free options, but sometimes a paid option is the best solution. You are responsbile for making payment to licenses require by third party software or plugins.

Image Cropping and Scaling
We'll gladly take any images you provided and crop/scale them correctly so that you design looks professional. We can only offer this service up to the first 25 images you provide. After this we can quote you on hourly rate for additional bulk cropping, scaling or editing of images. Improperly cropped/scaled images can make or break the look of your site!
