These terms and conditions apply to all persons (“Patrons”) using the services and facilities of the Health Club (“Club”).

• All Patrons must abide by the rules and regulations of the Club and follow the instructions and directions of the Club employees. 

• All Patrons represent that they are aged 16 or over, in good health and physical condition and are able to use the services and facilities of the Club responsibility and safely. 

• All Patrons must safeguard their personal belongings and not leave cash, jewellery or valuables in the Club (including in the lockers). The Club and its employees shall not be liable for any damage, loss or theft of any property brought to the Club.
