They’re high in fibre (they’re about 15% fibre), even higher in protein (over 25% protein!), are low in sugar (less than 0.5 grams per pack), and have virtually zero fat (less than 1%). And most importantly, they’re super filling and tasty – name a better snack than this.

The step up meals can only be used from step 2 and cannot replace one of the core products for the steps.

On step 2 it can only be used to replace the actual step 2 protein meal you would have to make from the allowed foods list.

On steps 3,4 and 5 it can only be used as part of the calories allowance for the step and again cannot be used to replace one of the normal products
