Welcome to the 2018 TNT Tech Festival. Thank you for exhibiting. Exhibiting is not only fun it makes a huge impact on the neighborhood and the lives of its residents.
Tech in the Tenderloin (TNT) connects low-opportunity youth with high-opportunity tech through fun activities and events in the Tenderloin and beyond.  Tech in the Tenderloin is a fiscally sponsored non-profit. We are proud to be part of the Social Good Fund Family.
The TNT Tech Festival is produced by Tech in the Tenderloin in collaboration with The Salvation Army Kroc Center of San Francisco.

Please note the following:
- Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own equipment and manpower for their exhibits
- The Tech Festival is aimed at middle and high-school age youth. However, since many youth come with their families and the festival is open to public we recommend preparing for a K-90 crowd.
- Exhibitors are welcome to visit the site in advance of the tech festival to coordinate their needs. Please contact June Sargent.

Exhibit Requirements
Exhibit Description: Please provide a brief description of your exhibit so we can provide you with the most appropriate setup and location. Please include your exhibit's primary aim.*
EXAMPLE 1: The primary purpose of our exhibit is to provide information to fair-goers about our organization. We will be handing out hard copy materials about our services/programs/product. EXAMPLE 2: In addition to providing information about our organization, we will be providing an interactive un-tethered VR experience for fair-goers. Participants will be walking during the experience. One person can partake in the experience at one time.
Exhibit Space and Clearance Requirements: Approximately how much floor space does your exhibit need? Does it have special clearance requirements after it is set up?
EXAMPLE 1: I just need an information table. EXAMPLE 2: The recommended space requirements for the VR experience are 6 ft wide x 8 ft deep. The exhibit does not have any special clearance requirements on the sides or above. Participants can enter from one side. It would be nice if there is space on the sides for other's to observe the person while they are participating in the experience, but it is not required.

Exhibit Tables: 30" x 72" tables are available for your use. How many tables do you prefer? *
Please note there are a limited number of tables available. We will do our best to meet your request. We appreciate your cooperation limiting your request to the number of tables your exhibit needs.

Exhibit Setup and Breakdown Coordination
Set-up Hours: 10:00 am to Noon day of the event (alt times available upon request).
Break-down hours: 7pm - 8 pm day of event (alt times available upon request).
Exhibitors need to be in place and ready for exhibiting no later than 12:30 pm on the day of the event.
(UN)LOADING before and after the event:
A temporary loading zone is available in front of the Kroc Center. In order for us to ensure all exhibitors have access to the zone in a timely manner, please indiciate your anticipated setup and break down times below and whether loading zone access is needed.
If your exhibit has significant or special (un)loading needs, please indicate this below by typing "special needs" in the text box. We will contact the Exhibit Advance POC directly to coordinate.
PARKING during the event:
Please note affordable parking is very limited in the neighborhood. If your exhibit does not require special (un)loading, public transporation and ride-share services are strongly recommended. The Kroc Center is readily accessible from BART and MUNI. The closest and recommended stop is Powell Street.

Exhibit Signage and Publicity

Exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to bring signage and marketing collatoral to the Tech Fair.
Recommended signage:
- Interactive exhibits: vertical retractable signs
- Info-only Tables: horizontal banners that you can hang on the front of your table. And/or table-top signage.
- All: take-aways such as biz cards, info packets, branded give-aways, stickers, tatoos, candy etc.
