Restaurant Choice:

Please indicate your first and second choice restaurant below. Restaruant choice requests will be honored on a first come, first served basis. We will attempt to do our best to honor requests, but as seats for each restaurant become full, we will assign seats to a different choice, as available. No restaurant is gauranteed.

• This is a community-table style event. Seating placement together is only guaranteed when purchased as a 'Friends Four Pack'. Multiple individual tickets will be placed around the table as available.
