Background information:
Newly appointed Treasurer of ARA Tony Kimpton needs to be approved as a signatory to the ARA bank accounts held with BDCU Alliance Bank. BDCU also requires that ARA re-confirm all authorised signatories.
Accordingly, the Board is asked to approve all authorised signatories.
Circular Resolution process:
- All motions must be in writing and provided to all committee members, providing a suitable time frame for votes to be received.
- Motions must be clear and provide supporting documentation if required.
- Motions must be passed by a simple majority vote and votes must be received in writing.
- Any motions voted on in a flying minute must be confirmed at the next formal committee meeting.
