Remember, we all are a little of each of these descriptors. Rate them according to which is MOST like you.  Try not to over-analyze each word; just get a sense of each and move quickly.

You are going to select the set of words that is most like you (score a 4). Then the set of words that is a little less like you would be a 3, etc.  When you are done, this grid should only have one 1, one 2, one 3 and one 4.
