Welcome to the Design Request Process! We're making tweaks to the entire creative process to make it easier for everyone to get what they need when they need it.
Please Read
Graphic Design Projects
- Plan ahead. Depending on your project it may need more time than we can provide and our desire to to help you accomplish your vision.
- The point of contact will be the person who turns in the request.
- Check Trello and emails regularly for progress.
- Respond in a timely manner, if a response is needed.
- If information is missing (text, event details, etc.), the project will be put on hold. This may affect the delivery date.
- Set up a meeting with the Creative Arts team to discuss the project if that would be helpful.

Give us some details about your upcoming project. Think through these questions: What's the purpose? Who is the target audience? What's the overall message? What are you wanting to say?If this is an event, give us the when, the where, the cost (if any) and your thoughts/plan.

Example: We would like invite cards to be fall colors, with a fall theme of trees and pumpkins. Please put ALC Kids logo printed on the back and the event details on the front along with the guest speakers photo.

- List all the ways in which you would like your event promoted.
- We can not guarantee all of your requests will be fulfilled based on priority of events and/or space available.
- Video announcement requests must be for all campuses and will be evaluated by the Creative Arts team.
