Use this form to register one AHG Member for the North Texas 2019 Girl Leadership Retreat. Please complete a new form for each participant. At this time, only Patriots, Leaders-In-Training (LIT's), and Adult AHG members may register for the GLR. If space is still available, 8th grade Pioneers may register beginning on Monday, December 10, 2018 and 7th grade Pioneers may register beginning on Monday, December 17, 2018. Also, 7th grade Pioneers require recommendations from their troop leaders. Please see the information packet for details.

At Lake Lavon Camp & Conference Center we will have access to three dorm buildings. All of the restrooms include hot water, showers, and flush toilets. All of the dorms have heating and electricity. All of the beds are bunks with mattresses provided.
Please answer the following questions to help us in assigning you to a dorm. Please understand these facts before you anticipate your dorm assignment:
1) Your response below does not guarantee your assignment to a particular dorm.
2) Beds will be assigned. Anticipate not being assigned near others from your troop.
3) Each room within a building will house either girls, adults, or LIT's. These groups will not be combined in a single room, though each building will have both girls and adults.
4) We cannot guarantee the weather. Please anticipate the need for outdoor travel between buildings several times a day regardless of dorm assignment.
5) To ensure a restful night's sleep, please consider packing ear plugs/eye mask, if needed.
