    Scholarship Application

  • The following individuals qualify for this scholarship: 

    • Current high school senior prepared to graduate in June of 2021 and has been accepted into an accredited college
    • Student currently enrolled in college 

     

    Read and follow the instructions carefully prior to submitting your application. The submission deadline is March 31, 2021 and  awardees will be notified by April 2021.

    Requirements to be submitted via email:

    • Photo of Applicant
    • Official High School or Current College Transcript
    • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher for high school applicant and 2.8 or higher for college applicant
    • Two Letters of recommendation (1) from sponsoring ministers' wife; and (2) teacher, counselor, or employer.
  • If selected, you will be asked for documentation to support the data you provide. Likewise, all correspondence and award agreements will be generated from the personal information submitted below. So, please use proper spelling, capitalization and punctuation.

    Why I should be selected for the NJMWMW Scholarship?
  • Your essay should be 300-500 words. You should address in your essay: your college goals and choice of major, what you intend to do with your education, and why a scholarship is important to you. Include any academic and non-academic accomplishments, personal characteristics, or experiences that make you uniquely worthy of scholarship consideration.

  • Note: If selected the recipient and or a designee must attend a scheduled NJMWMW Scholarship event, date to be determined. The Financial award will be distributed by mail on or before October 31, 2021.
