I acknowledge that in hiring the services of Personal Trainer Peter Strandberg I am entering into a direct contract with the Personal Trainer for which The Gym Limited (“The Gym”) is not liable.

I acknowledge that the Personal Trainer is not an agent of The Gym and has no authority to bind The Gym to any Agreement or contract entered into with me.

Nothing herein affects the membership of The Gym and the terms and conditions of that contract.

I acknowledge that The Gym expressly excludes any liability for breach of contract, tort, breach of statuary duty or otherwise for any costs or losses or damages or injury suffered by me arising or indirectly from any breach, failure, delay or non-performance on the Personal Trainer in connection with these services.
