Mérieux NutriSciences offers sample and testing information through a variety of methods. As the Primary Contact on the account, you will receive access to all of the data released through the methods below. However, if you prefer, you may opt out of the automatic notifications. Please review the options below and assign to all Contacts on your Account.
Phone Authorized - A Phone Authorized Contact may call in and speak to a Mérieux NutriSciences representative on behalf of your account. As the Primary Contact you are automatically Phone Authorized.
COA - The COA or Certificate of Analysis is a document with your test results emailed as an attachment. As the Primary Contact you will automatically receive a copy of your COA via email.
Sample Receipt Notifications - Automated Sample Reciept emails are sent daily to notify you as samples are received for testing. This email should be used to confirm sample descriptions and ensure the requested testing is being performed. It also includes expected dates of test results.
Out-of-Specification Notifications by Email - Automated OOS reporting via email will be delivered for all quantitative and qualitative microbiology and chemistry results (if specifications are provided). The report is released on the top of the hour, every hour, after results are entered.
Out-of-Specification Notifications by Automated Phone - In addition to (or in replace of) automated OOS Email Notifications, you may choose to have an automated voice call notifying you of the out-of-specification event (both quantitative and qualitative) OR choose the automated call notification for ONLY qualitative out-of-specification results (suspect, positive, presumptive positive, etc.). You must provide a mobile number for this option. (General company numbers or operators will not function for this option)
Out-of-Specification Notifications by Text Message - You may also choose to have OOS Notifications delivered by text message in addition to the email and automated phone call options above. You must provide a mobile number and carrier information. (Message and data rates may apply)
myMXNS - myMXNS is our state-of-the-art customer portal. With myMXNS, you can access the status of your samples in real-time, create personalized reports, see an account dashboard, download a COA and order pick ups. As the Primary Contact, you will manage Account access levels in myMXNS for the Contacts on your Account.

Automated daily invoicing will be delivered electronically for all testing completed on a given day. Invoices will be delivered to the Contact chosen in the section below via email. If a Purchase Order (PO) is provided, the invoices generated will consolidate by PO for that given day. This facilitates the delivery of real-time invoice information that will correspond to the Certificate of Analysis (COA) that has been released.

By selecting "Yes" in any of the following questions, customers are advised that Mérieux NutriSciences only provides the tests requested. It is the customer's responsibility to understand applicable FDA and Health Canada regulations.
Please be advised that Customer Care will notify Mérieux NutriSciences Legal Affairs in advance of testing should customer request a test to be conducted in conformity with FDA requirements and a modified Terms & Conditions may be required.
Drugs may include over the counter (OTC) drugs. Please note there is no recognized classification of "cosmeceuticals" . The product is either a drug (e.g. sunscreen, toothpaste, etc.) or a cosmetic.
If the analysis is drug dosage form testing or active ingredient release, the Mérieux NutriSciences lab performing the test must be registered with the FDA.
Please be advised that a separate Service Agreement will be required for testing of all DIN pharmaceuticals, drug products and supplements intended for sale in the United States.
If the status of your products change in the future such that they fall under Health Canada regulations as NHPD or DIN products, or under FDA regulations as drug products or dietary supplements, the customer is responsible for notifying the lab of these changes.
MXNS Shipping Program
As an added value to working with Merieux NutriSciences, our customers have the opportunity to receive significant discounts when shipping their samples to any of our analytical testing laboratories in the United States. You will be provided access to an MXNS shipping web portal which will allow you to generate shipping labels at these discounted rates.
