Mérieux NutriSciences offers sample and testing information through a variety of methods. As the Primary Contact on the account, you will receive access to all of the data released through the methods below. However, if you prefer, you may opt out of the automatic notifications. Please review the options below and assign to all Contacts on your Account.
Phone Authorized - A Phone Authorized Contact may call in and speak to a Mérieux NutriSciences representative on behalf of your account. As the Primary Contact you are automatically Phone Authorized.
COA - The COA or Certificate of Analysis is a document with your test results emailed as an attachment. As the Primary Contact you will automatically receive a copy of your COA via email.
Sample Receipt Notifications - Automated Sample Reciept emails are sent daily to notify you as samples are received for testing. This email should be used to confirm sample descriptions and ensure the requested testing is being performed. It also includes expected dates of test results.
Out-of-Specification Notifications by Email - Automated OOS reporting via email will be delivered for all quantitative and qualitative microbiology and chemistry results (if specifications are provided). The report is released on the top of the hour, every hour, after results are entered.
Out-of-Specification Notifications by Automated Phone - In addition to (or in replace of) automated OOS Email Notifications, you may choose to have an automated voice call notifying you of the out-of-specification event (both quantitative and qualitative) OR choose the automated call notification for ONLY qualitative out-of-specification results (suspect, positive, presumptive positive, etc.). You must provide a mobile number for this option. (General company numbers or operators will not function for this option)
Out-of-Specification Notifications by Text Message - You may also choose to have OOS Notifications delivered by text message in addition to the email and automated phone call options above. You must provide a mobile number and carrier information. (Message and data rates may apply)
myMXNS - myMXNS is our state-of-the-art customer portal. With myMXNS, you can access the status of your samples in real-time, create personalized reports, see an account dashboard, download a COA and order pick ups. As the Primary Contact, you will manage Account access levels in myMXNS for the Contacts on your Account.
